You do! All of our work is customized for you and your brand. You have 100% ownership of the files the moment we deliver them to you. We'll send them in JPG, PNG, or PDF formats — whatever you prefer! Even better: We'll also send you the Adobe source files if you need.

You get as many revisions as you need! Just remember, each revision will be treated as a new creative request and may affect the delivery timelines of your other requests. You can always adjust the priority of your requests (and revisions) in your queue

We work on your design from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (GMT +7) Jakarta, Indonesia time, you can still send your request at any time.

On average, users receive the first concept or next revision in 1-3 business days. If you’ve got a more complex design request we’ll let you know how much longer it will take.

If you're not satisfied with Firstpage Unlimited within 14-days of signing up, you're eligible for a full refund. Please contact us through hello@firstpage.id, talk to your account manager and tell us your email. We'll review your request and do our best to help find a solution. And if we fail to improve your experience, we'll issue a full refund. Don't worry. There are no "catches" or "strings" that would prevent you from canceling or getting your money back within the 14 days. Our goal is to deliver a smooth design experience for you.
